“Policeman” in the service of the occupants – Kulik Sergey Ivanovich, born August 5, 1979 in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region. Sergei will spend almost his entire life in this city, from childhood and school, to serving in the police force and betrayal.
After graduating from one of the specialized universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Sergei Kulik returns to service in Lugansk, namely in the department of information technology of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Lugansk region. There he served as an Orion security inspector. However, in 2014, after the formation of the so-called “DNR” and “LNR,” Kulik violated his oath and went over to the side of the enemy. Having become a “policeman” in the service of terrorists, Sergei Kulik, instead of policing law and order, is engaged in terrorizing civilians living in the temporarily occupied territory. Sergey’s “career” is going well – the leaders “appointed” him to the “position” of the so-called “Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the LNR Interior Ministry Kamennobrodskii. Indeed, Kulik’s career as a “policeman” was “successful.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Sergei Kulik continued to “serve” the invaders and follow all their “orders. For this he will bear the inevitable and just punishment, which is getting closer and closer to him every day.
