Biography:
Sergei Nalitkin is an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine, and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, born July 30, 1957 in the city of Rovenki , Luhansk Oblast.
Sergey lived in temporarily occupied Rovenki until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupiers, Nalitkin sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily took the side of the Russian occupiers.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation troops entered Luhansk region.Sergei committed high treason and voluntarily “cooperated” with the Russian invaders.
As part of his “cooperation” with the Russian occupiers, Sergey actively engaged in pro-Russian propaganda, justifying Russian aggression against Ukraine in personal conversations and expressing support for the “Russian world. Also, Navrotsky personally participated in the so-called “pseudorefendum,” which was organized by the occupiers.
