Biography:
Sergey Valeryevich Pestov – traitor and collaborator, participant in an illegal trial Voting in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson regionMr. Pestov was born on August 28, 1977 in the town of Novaya Kakhovka. Mr. Pestov has been engaged in political, public and entrepreneurial activities. He worked in the Executive Committee of the Kakhovka City Council of People’s Deputies and also held a senior position in the Kakhovka municipal transportation enterprise. Before the full-scale war, Mr. Pestov worked as a state administrator, chief specialist of the economic department of the Kakhovka City Council.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Sergey Pestov chose the side of a collaborator and accomplice of the occupation authorities. From the moment the invaders came to the territory of Kherson region, Pestov, in the person of the occupation authorities, immediately began to “deal” with local entrepreneurs and adjusted to the policy of the occupants. Continued to perform his functions assisting entrepreneurs in obtaining a business permit to conduct business activities according to Russian standards.
The traitor not only continued to perform the functions that helped to kickback the money, but also began to deal with the re-registration of enterprises in non-controlled territories since 2014.
In 2022, Pestov was charged under ST.111-1 Ch.5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on suspicion of collaborationist activity, but the collaborator continues to help the Russian invaders.
Also in fulfillment of the tasks of the representatives of the occupation authorities of rf, the malefactor works at the apparatus of the occupation administration and contributes in every possible way to the introduction of standards and legislation of the aggressor state in the spheres of life, primarily to attract the local population to “passportization” and voting in the pseudo-elections in September 2023.
Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
The former specialist of Kakhovka city council Serhiy Pestov on his own initiative and with the support of the occupation administration expressed his desire to take part in the fake elections organized by the Russian occupants on September 8-10, 2023. Collaborator headed a fake polling station – Kakhovka TEC, Kakhovka municipal district, Zelenyi Pod (Krasny Perekop) village, 12 Mira Street (2nd floor) and agitates the local population with Ukrainian passports to vote “for Russia” and local pseudo officials.
For serving for the Russian occupiers and organizing pseudo-elections in Khersonishen, the state treasonist Pestov Sergey Valerievich will have to answer to the people. A place on the bench is already waiting for the collaborator.
