Sergey Petukhov, an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on April 20, 1974, in the city of Sverdlovsk, Lugansk Oblast.

Sergey lived in temporarily occupied Sverdlovsk until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian occupiers, Petukhov sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily went over to the side of the Russian occupiers.
