Shakalov Sergei Yurievich was born on November 5, 1993 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region. He served in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.He served as chief inspector of the Mariupol District Department of the State Emergency Service.
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops on February 24, 2022, civil servant Sergei Shakalov defected to the enemy and joined the ranks of Russian-terrorist gangs. He was a fighter of the 11th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the “People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Also, the collaborator by means of reconnaissance surrendered to the commanders of the terrorist organizations of the “DnR” militants positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in order to penetrate the territory of Donetsk Oblast by the bandit formations.
Shakalov also worked as the chief state inspector of the customs clearance department No. 1 of the “Sartana” customs post under the “Ministry of State Security of the DPR.
Sergey Shakalov turned out to be a despicable criminal and traitor to his motherland. The person, who gave the oath to the people of Ukraine, violated it cruelly and for this he will go to prison. It is only a matter of time.
