Biography:

Tselep Sergey Mikhailovich, a traitor and collaborator, was born in the village of Yubileynoye, Oleshkovsky District, Kherson Oblast.

In his village Sergei Mikhailovich was engaged in a small business, more precisely in retail trade of food products. Together with Tselep products, Sergei Mikhailovich sold his soulto the“Russian world” and over the years has increasingly demonstrated his support for the policies of the aggressor country.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

After the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian invaders, Sergey Tselep began to deal with “administrative issues” in the occupation administration in the town of Oleshki and actively assisted the temporary leadership of representatives of the “Putin regime” in the Kherson region.

Later, Sergey Tselep “earned” the occupants the position of chairman of the settlement council in the village of Oleshki. Oleshki and began agitating for the issuance of Russian passports. In addition, Sergei Mikhailovich assists the occupiers with various humanitarian aid and involves local residents in “helping” the Russian Armed Forces.

For aiding and abetting the occupiers, the collaborator Celep Sergei Mikhailovich faces imminent punishment. He betrayed his people and volunteered to help the enemy troops. Sergei Mikhailovich is sure to pay for this.
