Traitor Zhelnovach Sergey was born on October 30, 1989 in the city of Shakhtersk, Donetsk region.

He has a higher education: in 2002 he graduated from the Donbas State Academy of Construction and Architecture (Makeevka) with a degree in “Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation”, qualification “Engineer – Builder”.

Zhelnovach Sergey went his career as a technician, and then held senior positions in the administrative structures of the city of Shakhtersk, working in their specialty.

In 2003 he held the post of technician gasification service housing technician production and technical department of the department of gas supply and gasification Public Joint Stock Company on gas supply and gasification “Donetskoblgaz”, Shakhtersk.

Since 2015. Through 2019. served as head of the department of the Shakhtersk gas supply and gasification department of the State Concern Donbassgaz, Shakhtersk.

The traitor also set up his political career. And from 2019 to February 2022, he served as the first deputy head of the administration of the city of Shakhtersk.

But after the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troops in February 2022, he defected to the occupiers and was appointed head of Debaltsevo city administration by the decree of the so-called “head of the Donetsk people’s republic” dated December 12, 2022.

The collaborator began his active political activities working for the enemy. Zhelnovach is a member of the public movement “Donetsk Republic,” a member of the political council of the local branch.

The state traitor Sergei Zhelnovach has already managed to hold several meetings with the heads of paramilitary units of the “DPR,” as well as to hold meetings with other pseudo-public officials and deputies of the “republic.

The traitor has government awards: Badge of Honor “for services to the Donetsk people’s republic” III degree (2021) and a diploma of the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Donetsk people’s republic on the results of work in 2021 (2022).

For treason and cooperation with the occupation authorities traitor Zhelnovach Sergey Viktorovich will have to answer to the tribunal. Such traitors and collaborators deserve harsh and just punishment.
