Stanislav Stepanovich Cherniavsky was born on March 2, 1953 in the village of Tanyushevka, Novopskov district, Lugansk region.
He graduated from the Dzerzhinsky Law Institute in Kharkov and the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration. By profession, Cherniavsky is a lawyer with a master’s degree in public administration.
The total length of service of the traitor is more than 40 years, 37 of which in public service.
Z 1975 to 2001. worked in the Novopskovsky district of the Department of Internal Affairs in Luhansk Oblast, starting as a district inspector to the head of the district office. Since 2006, Stanislav Cherniavsky has served as the head of the Novopskov district of Lugansk region. He was the head of the deputy faction “Party of Regions” of Novopsk district association.
Since 2014, deputy Chernyavsky has shown himself to be an adherent of the “Russian world” and a separatist. With the beginning of the invasion of Russian occupation troops on the territory of Luhansk region, the traitor Chernyavsky S.S. publicly supported the idea of creating “independent republics of the Leningrad region. On the territory of Novopsk district, the collaborator actively promoted the ideas of “fraternal peoples” and “annexation.
After February 24, 2022, Cherniavsky did not abandon his pro-Russian course and supported the military aggression of the rf and discredited the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
