Biography:

Timofey Omelchenko is a terrorist, traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation forces, born on January 6, 1989 in the village of Shterivka, Luhansk region.

Until February 24, 2022, Timothy resided in the so-called “LNR. With the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine, Omelchenko became a militant, fighting alongside the Russian occupiers .

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

After betraying Ukraine and joining the ranks of the Russian invaders, Timofey participated in the seizure and temporary occupation of the Luhansk region of Ukraine by the Russian occupiers.

As a member of the NVF and the Russian occupation army, Omelchenko is directly involved in committing war crimes, so-called “filtration measures,” looting and other atrocities against civilians in the Luhansk region.
