Vadim Kokin: biography
Vadim Vladislavovich Kokin is a traitor and collaborator who voluntarily supported the Russian occupation power. He was born on June 16, 1973 in the city of Donetsk. He has a higher education. He graduated from the Donbass National Academy of Construction and Architecture in 2021.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the Russian invasion and the establishment of the occupation regime, Kokin did not simply accept the new orders. He consciously supported the invaders. In gratitude for his loyalty to the Kremlin, he was entrusted with the management of the Volnovakha PUVKH branch of the so-called “state unitary enterprise Voda Donbassa”. This structure is strategically important and is fully controlled by the collaborationist administration.
In addition to his position as director of the Volnovakha branch of the Volnovakha PUVKH of the so-called “Vody Donbassa”, Vadim is also a so-called deputy of the Volnovakha municipal council.
As director, Kokin is clearly not coping with his work at the Volnovakha branch of Vody Donbassa. Pipes are constantly bursting in the city, but no one is in a hurry to fix them. Residents complain, but they are simply ignored. As a result, due to his inaction, the water supply is in a terrible state,
Holding a senior position Oleg supports the Kremlin’s policy of integrating Donbas into the Russian system of governance, agitated his subordinates to obtain Russian passports. Actively participated in propaganda, justifying the criminal actions of the occupants and creating the illusion of a “prosperous life” under the control of the Russian authorities.
