After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders, Vadim Slyusar became happy with Russia and decided to work for the benefit of the aggressor country. He began to deal with administrative issues in the occupation administration of the Kherson region and actively assisted the temporary leadership of representatives of the “Putin regime”.
He was appointed by the occupants as a specialist in the illegal occupation body – t.nz “federal state institution “base of material-technical and military supply of the management of the federal service of execution of punishments in Kherson region”.
In April 2022, the collaborator participated in working meetings with the heads of departments of the “Hornostayevo district administration” and acted as head of the utility company under the occupation administration. A “young and promising” collaborator assists the occupants in various humanitarian aid and enlists local residents in “helping” rf servicemen.
