Biography:

Valentina Kisileva, an accomplice of the “Putin regime” in Ukraine, was born in Starobelsk, where she lived before the invasion. She graduated from Luhansk National Agrarian University and was an employee of the administrative state services. She worked in the social protection service.

After the invasion of the Russian occupiers, Valentina began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became a collaborator of the Rashists herself.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

After thefull-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian invaders, the woman began to actively assist the occupation troops and the interim leadership in Luhansk region and engaged in collaborationist activities.

Under the occupation, Kisileva went to cooperate with the Russians. She agreed to take a job in a fake occupation body – departments of labor and social protection of the population, where the woman performed organizational and administrative functions under the chairmanship of gauleiters.

The collaborator served the residents of Starobelsk as “head of the social protection department” under Russian law and facilitated activities to obtain Russian passports.

In her “position” Valentina performed organizational and administrative functions, recruited personnel for the occupation establishment. It also accepted performance reports, agreed on plans, programs and regulations concerning the activities of the occupation Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.

The collaborator Kisileva Valentina Nikolaevna will soon have to answer to the people for her complicity in the Russian occupation. For the punishment for aiding the enemy is inevitable.
