Soboleva Valentina Aleksandrovna was born on June 14, 1968 in the village of Markovka, Lugansk region.
Valentina Alexandrovna began her career in her native village. She worked in the township administration in social services. She served as a specialist in pension accrual at the Citizens Service Department in Markovka village of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Lugansk region.
Valentina Soboleva also headed the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports in the Markov District Municipal Administration. With the arrival of the Russian invaders, she showed herself to them as an accomplice and collaborator in order to obtain a position in the occupation administration.
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, the traitor Valentina Soboleva was appointed head of the “Markovsky Integrated Social Service Center” of the district administration of the “LNR”, where she actively promotes the ideas of the “Russian world” and conducts propaganda work among the population aimed at supporting the occupation authorities.
Traitor Soboleva Valentina Aleksandrovna is a traitor to the motherland and a vile collaborator, for which she will soon have to answer both before the law and before the people of Ukraine.
