She voluntarily defected to the enemy and began working for the local occupation administration as a “territorial administration secretary.”
Uvarova, an accomplice of “Putin’s regime“, is considered by the occupants to be a specialist of the personnel department of the occupation administration, because she performs well organizational and administrative functions in the local occupation administration and obeys her Russian masters.
