Biography:

Belokobylskaya Valeria Konstantinovna – traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on August 13, 1992 in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region.

Valeria lived in Lugansk until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk oblast by the Russian occupants, Belokobylska betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily went to “rapprochement” with the Russian occupants.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

When Russian invaders invaded Luhansk oblast, Valeria committed high treason and defected to the enemy. The invaders appointed her “chief specialist” in the so-called “Department of Education of the Markov district administration of the LNR. It is noteworthy that Belokobylska is not a local in Markovka, as she previously lived in temporarily occupied Luhansk.

Valeria, in her “post,” followed all the instructions of the so-called “occupation administration. For example, in the line of “education,” she supervised the destruction of educational and methodological materials published in the Ukrainian language. Also, Belokobylskaya promoted the introduction of “Russian standards” of teaching. Among the teaching staff, Valeria actively promoted the values of the “Russian world” and justified Russian aggression against Ukraine.
