Biography:
Vysoven Valery Vasilyevich – traitor to Ukraine, an employee of the occupation administration in Kherson region, was born in the city of Kherson. He worked in the field of education and culture under the city administration.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupants on the territory of Ukraine, Vysoven forgot about patriotism and showed his anti-Ukrainian position, supported the policy of the occupants on the territory of Kherson region and voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the representatives of the Rashist authorities in the field of culture.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Valery gladly headed the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity, he was appointed by the corresponding rasporadzor of the fake authorities. Staying in his pseudo position, the collaborator willingly carried out all propaganda instructions of the Russian occupants.
He was also the organizer of many cultural events in the city, which were held under the motto of “Russian peace“. He participated in Russian events and is proud of the diplomas awarded by local pseudo officials. The traitor also coordinated the organization of events to support Russian servicemen. Then he became a candidate of theUnited Russiaparty for the occupation council of Kherson region.
