Valery Anatolievich Matsegora, an accomplice of the Russian occupation troops, was born on May 14, 1984, in the town of Liman in the Donetsk region. For himself, Valery decided to follow the crooked path of betrayal.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops on February 24, 2022, the collaborator Valery made the criminal decision for himself to start working for the occupiers as a fighter.

Before the occupation, Valery bhe was registered as an individual entrepreneur. Type of economic activity: other types of retail trade in non-specialized stores. The activity was suspended. Since 2012, he has been a co-owner of KM-1 Limited Liability Company.

At present, he is the head of the public utility company Liman Unified Customer Service. He isthe owner of the cafe “Mireille”, which was located in Liman, Donetsk region .
