Biography:
Serov Valery Anatolievich – an accomplice of the occupation authorities and a traitor to the Motherland was born on the territory of the Russian Federation. Graduated from Novokuznetsk Metallurgical Institute, specializing as a civil engineer. Since the beginning of his labor activity he worked as a designer, head of the design department. From 1977-1978. held the position of an engineer at the Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant. Since the late 1990s, he has been working in the Kherson region. Since 1998 he was the head of the department in“Kakhovsolstroy“. Since 1998 he was the head of the enterprise of heavy industry for the manufacture of concrete and metal structures “Olesya” in Novaya Kakhovka.
Also tried to establish a political career. And in 2015 he ran for deputy of the Kherson Regional Council of the 7th convocation from the political party “Vidrodzhennya” in the majority constituency.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
The head of the construction company with a long labor experience did not hide his pro-Russian sentiments and when Russian occupation troops invaded the territory of Kherson region, eventually he voluntarily went over to the enemy’s side.
Cooperating with the occupation authorities Serov managed to make a “career” for himself. With the “good will” of local collaborators who agreed to become the head of the occupation authorities, the traitor willingly agreed to assist the Rashists.
Thus the traitor of the Motherland actively helps the occupiers with concrete and metal constructions (materials) for military constructions of the occupiers. Vitaly Serov did not give up his pro-Russian course and supported rf military aggression.
Also Valery Serov helped the occupants and turned in people who help the AFU and support Ukraine. Conducted active anti-Ukrainian propaganda.
Such activities can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, switching to the side of the enemy under martial law and during the armed conflict, cooperation with Russian occupants and similar actions.
Having considered all these facts, we can conclude that we are facing another collaborator, an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupiers, an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine. And for criminal activity, punishment will be inevitable.
