Biography:
Valery Valeryevich Tkachenko, a traitor and collaborator of the Russian occupation troops, was born on January 11, 1982 in the city of Starobelsk , Luhansk region.
Tkachenko lived in Starobelsk until February 24, 2022. Valery received his higher education at the Lugansk National Agrarian University. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian invaders, Tkachenko became a traitor at the beck and call of the Russian invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After the Russian invaders entered Starobelsk, Valery decided to betray his country and become an accomplice to the invaders. The latter appointed a “newcomer” to the position of “chief specialist” in the so-called “Agro-industrial development department of the Starobel district administration of the LNR.
As a “specialist,” Tkachenko was actively engaged in the “development” of the agricultural industry in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Region. In particular, he personally gave “tips” to the occupiers on farms in order to further loot them. He turned the farmers in to the “polizei” so that they could not take revenge on Valery and his henchmen in the future.
Valery Tkachenko should prepare himself for asylum in his “favorite” country. Because for treason and crimes against civilians in Ukraine, he could spend the rest of his life in a prison cell.
