Kovda Vasyl Ivanovich is a supporter of the ideology of “Russian peace” and an accomplice of the Russian occupiers, was born on September 18 in the town of Novaya Kakhovka.

As it turned out, Vasily Ivanovich has repeatedly expressed his pro-Russian position and at the beginning of the full-scale war managed to participate in the propaganda activities of the Russian occupants, because he rejoiced when the Russian invaders invaded the territory of Ukraine.

After rf’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Vasily Ivanovich chose the side of a collaborator and abettor of the occupation authorities instead of defending the independence and territorial integrity of his state and people.
With great eagerness the traitor agreed to head a pseudo-structure of the occupants and was appointed to the “position” of a specialist of the department of housing and utilities in the city of Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region.
The traitor received a Rashist passport.In December 2022, he traveled to Crimea, where he re-registered the garage cooperative on Russian property and legislation, received a tax number so that the taxes of the cooperative would go to the budget of the occupiers.
