“Politsay” and traitor – Gorbunov Viktor Vitalievich, was born on November 12, 1983 in the city of Kherson, Kherson region. During his school years, Victor decided for himself that in the future he would protect law and order, and so he became a policeman.
Victor joins the State National Police of Ukraine in the Kherson region. Since Gorbunov did not receive a higher education, the management assigns him to the department of road support. There he looks after, fixes and maintains the proper condition of the police fleet. At the same time, Gorbunov had a very mediocre performance record and was negligent in the performance of his duties.
Unfortunately, war comes into Victor’s life. After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and the entry of Russian occupation forces into Kherson, Viktor Gorbunov did not resist the enemy, but joined their service. It was established that Gorbunov was engaged in the maintenance of vehicles and military equipment of the occupants. In exchange, the hijackers promised Gorbunov a high reward and guarantees of security.
Victor for his heinous treason and “service” to the enemy will receive a severe but fair punishment.
