Spetsnazov, criminal and traitor – Melnik Viktor Nikolaevich, was born on June 16, 1976 in the city of Gaisin, Vinnitsa region. Ever since childhood, Victor wanted to serve in the police and protect citizens from bandits and lawlessness.

Melnik was firmly on his way to his goal and was able to become a policeman. But Melnik’s cherished dream was to serve in the “Berkut” special-purpose police unit, which at the time was a kind of “elite” in the structure of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry. Over time, Victor managed to achieve his goal – the leadership appointed him as a member of the “Berkut” PMON of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv. There Melnik served as a squad leader of the 3rd Assault Platoon of the Special Purpose Company.

Unfortunately, Viktor and his unit were involved in crimes by security forces against Euromaidan activists in 2014. When the clouds began to gather over Melnik, he decided to hide from Ukrainian law enforcers on the territory of the Russian Federation. By the way, unlike his “colleagues,” he did not “shine” much, but stayed there to live and work, while paying taxes to the Russian treasury, for which the Ukrainian defenders are killed. He may soon have to go for more “effective” help from the RF, it is not for nothing that he has been sheltering from justice there all these past years.

For fleeing from justice and aiding and abetting the enemy, Victor Melnik faces an inevitable and harsh punishment from which he will have nowhere to run.
