“Politsay” and traitor in one person – Melnik Viktor Sergeevich, was born on April 24, 1982 in the city of Dolzhansk, Lugansk region. Since childhood, Victor wanted to become a policeman and protect citizens from lawlessness and crime.
After graduating from school and studying at one of the specialized universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Viktor Melnik returns to the Dolzhansky City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Lugansk region. He did not achieve much success there, but is remembered by his colleagues as a man with strong pro-Russian convictions.
In 2014, when the so called “VVF” manifested its activity. In the “DPR” and “LPR,” Melnik was among the first to break the oath and go over to the side of the terrorists. The latter “promoted” Victor for this, who became the “deputy head of the department of district inspectors” of the so-called “Rovenky Department of the Interior Ministry of the LNR. Career “growth” is evident – I was a nobody, and now I’m a “deputy chief. With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Victor continued to “serve” in the so-called “LNR Interior Ministry” for the benefit of the occupiers. It has been established that “policeman” Melnik is directly related to the abuse of civilians by separatists and invaders in Ukraine’s WOT.
Victor Melnik faces a just punishment for his despicable treachery, which is getting closer and closer every day.
