Weapons dealer, businessman and traitor – Vikharev Viktor Vladimirovich was born on August 29, 1971 in the city of Starobelsk, Lugansk region. However, Victor grew up and lived not in Starobelsk, but in the village of Khvorostyanovka of Starobelsk district. During his school years, Vikharev proved to be an enterprising guy, and in the future he will go into business, though not always legally.

In 2011, Victor Vikharev and his wife founded SB Vortex Plus. This company was engaged in the provision of comprehensive services related to woodworking – the provision of services in forestry and the manufacture of various wood products. From this enterprise, Vikharev received a large income and very soon became a “big” man in the village. However, the most interesting events in Victor’s life are yet to come.

During the tragic events of 2014 in Ukraine and the beginning of Russia’s aggressive policy against Ukraine, Viktor Vikharev enlisted as a volunteer in the Aidar volunteer battalion. Viharev took an active part in the combat operations against the so-called illegal military formations. “DPR” and “LPR. However, there is information about a more interesting fact – Victor Vikharev is involved in illegal arms trade. He created caches on Ukrainian-controlled territory and established a channel for illegal deliveries of small arms. Criminal proceedings were opened against him for this, but Viharev managed to avoid responsibility for the crime. By the way, Victor has long had a passion for “firearms” – photographs with guns prove this.

Victor’s “dashing” life takes a new turn after the Russian invasion of Ukraine begins on February 24, 2022. When Russian occupation forces entered Khvorostyanovka and Starobelsk, Vikharev did not leave for Ukraine-controlled territory, but began “cooperating” with the invaders. Presumably, in exchange for the right to leave the temporarily occupied territory and a large cash reward, Vikharev sold the rest of his “arsenal” to the invaders.

However, Vikharev did not stay with his family in the VOT and left for Ukraine-controlled territory, having obtained “refugee” status along the way. It is now located in the Lviv region.

Victor Vikharev will be severely but fairly punished for his cooperation with the occupiers and betrayal of Ukraine.
