Vodolatsky Viktor Petrovich was born on August 19, 1957 in the village of Stefanidinodare Azovsky district of the Rostov region.
Since 1974, he has been a repair mechanic and plumber; he did his military service in the Soviet Army. He was a member of the Komsomol and a candidate for the CPSU. From 1985 to 1990, he worked at the United Boiler Plants of Azov, Rostov Region, where he rose from a heating engineer to director, then Deputy General Director of the Rostovoblteplokommunenergo Association. In 1987, at the age of 30, he received a diploma from the construction college
On December 2, 2007 he was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the fifth convocation from the federal list of candidates nominated by the Russian political party “United Russia“. Member of the Security Committee, chairman of the subcommittee on legislation in the areas of crime prevention, public participation and public organizations in law enforcement.
He was awarded the Orders of Honor and Friendship, a medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” II degree.
For services in strengthening the rule of law, active lawmaking and many years of diligent work, he was awarded a commendation from the president of the Russian Federation.
Viktor Petrovich fully supports Putin’s plans, and is working to take over Ukraine.
Victor is trying to expand the power of the United Russia in the occupied territories, thereby partially taking away the original Ukrainian territories.
We must know those because of whom Ukrainians have been under constant bombardment since February 24, 2022.
