State prisoner Bondareva Viktoria Viktorovna was born on June 21, 1970 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region. Victoria connected her career with the sphere of education. Graduated from Mariupol State University. She studied at the Faculty of Philology.
Victoria Bondareva is a teacher of Russian language and literature. The traitor also has the title of “teacher-methodologist”, a specialist of the highest category. Before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, Victoria Bondareva worked as the director of the Mariupol City Technological Lyceum.
After the “liberators” came to the city of Mariupol, Bondareva voluntarily took the side of the occupation authorities and betrayed her native country. The traitor immediately advocated the introduction of Russian educational standards and promoted anti-Ukrainian sentiments.
In 2022, after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, Viktoria Viktorovna began working in the illegal authorities of the aggressor country, namely in the occupation administration of the city of Mariupol. Bondareva took a position inthe“ministry of science and education of the dnr.
The state prisoner holds the position of “deputy head of the Department of Education of the Mariupol City Administration,” and holds meetings with representatives of the “dnr” pseudo-power. In December, Bondareva took part in the First Congress of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth and advocated “the rapprochement of educational and cultural cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic.
For complicity with the occupation forces and her pro-Russian position, the collaborator Bondareva Viktoria Viktorovna will certainly answer before the law of Ukraine and will be punished for her criminal actions to the fullest extent of her merits.
