Toimentseva Victoria Viktorovna – traitor to Ukraine “in the service of the Russian occupiers” was born June 01, 1988 in the city of Genichesk, Kherson region.
Until February 24, 2022, Victoria Toimentseva owned a small business and was a private entrepreneur, never had anything to do with law enforcement agencies.

But with the arrival of the occupation authorities , the traitor Victoria Toimentseva voluntarily defected to the side of the fascist enemy and began working in law enforcement structures under the leadership of the occupation authorities of the Kherson region. In 2022, Toimentseva got a job at the “UGIBDD of the State Department of Internal Affairs” in the city of Genichesk. He speaks out in support of the occupation and is also involved in propaganda for the “Russian world” in kindergartens and schools.
The traitor and collaborator works closely with local educational institutions, conducting anti-crime classes in front of social pedagogues and psychologists of educational institutions in the city of Genichesk.
