Biography:
Viktor Marchenko, an accomplice of the Russian occupiers who rejoiced in the establishment of a “narrow peace” in Ukraine, was born on January 12, 1992 in Kherson. Graduated from Kherson State Agrarian University.
He worked as a land use specialist for Demidov Old Austin County. He had organizational and administrative functions among local citizens, organized receptions to advise the local population on land registration and cadastre issues. He was also a deputy of said county.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Viktor Marchenko began to support the arrival of “liberators” and actively showed his pro-Russian position.
The pseudo-patriot cooperated with the accomplices of “Putin’s regime” and is now setting up social activities in the temporarily occupied territories under the guidance of the Russian pseudo-authorities on the territory of Rubanivka rural community.
In fulfillment of the tasks of the representatives of the occupation authorities of the rf in Kakhovsky district of the rayon, the malefactor Marchenko worked under the apparatus of the occupation administration in the village and contributed in every possible way to the introduction of standards and legislation of the aggressor state in the spheres of life, primarily to attract the local population to “passportization” and voting in the pseudo-referendum on joining russia.
The collaborator, having taken the pseudo position of the head of Rubanivka village, also promoted the introduction of the transition of economic entities of the village to the Russian system of registration and taxation, as well as settlements in Russian rubles.
But a traitor can’t hide from the law. Viktor Marchenko, an accomplice of the “Russian world“, will have to answer to the law for supporting the occupation troops and spreading pro-Russian sentiments. A fair punishment awaits the collaborator.
