Biography:
Vitaly Bely – an accomplice of the occupation authorities and a traitor to the Motherland was born in the town of Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region.
Graduated from Kherson Professional Shipbuilding Lyceum. Later qualified in construction and operation of buildings and structures. After graduation, he worked as a civil engineer for a construction firm. Also moonlighted as a cab driver.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
An employee of a construction company did not conceal his pro-Russian sentiments, and when Russian occupation troops invaded the Kherson region, he eventually voluntarily defected to the enemy.
By cooperating with the occupation authorities Vitaly managed to make a “career” for himself. With the “goodwill” of local collaborators who agreed to become the head of the occupation authorities the traitor willingly agreed to become the head of one of the gas stations.
Thus the traitor to the Motherland actively assists the occupiers with fuel and lubricants for the military equipment of the occupiers. Vitaly did not give up his pro-Russian course and supported rf military aggression.
White helped the occupants and turned in people who help the AFU and support Ukraine. Conducted active anti-Ukrainian propaganda. He openly harassed people who speak Ukrainian and claimed that “Russia is here forever”.
Such activities can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, switching to the side of the enemy under martial law and during the armed conflict, cooperation with Russian occupants and similar actions.
Having considered all these facts, we can conclude that we are facing another collaborator, an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupiers, an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine. And for criminal activity, punishment will be inevitable.
