Onishchenko Vitalia Ivanovna – a woman who gave many years of labor activity to Ukraine was born on June 06, 1972 in Kherson. He has a law degree.
Vitalia Ivanovna worked in one of the communal enterprises of the city called and for a long time served as deputy director for legal matters.Then the woman opened her own law office called “Kapital Lawyer PLUS” Ltd.

Also, for many years in a row, Onishchenko Vitalia was engaged in public activities in the city of Kherson. She was a member of the election commission in local elections in the city and served as deputy chairman of the territorial election commission. In 2019 she was the chairman of the electoral district No. 184 of PP Samopomich. Vitalia Ivanovna is one of the co-founders and co-owners of the public organization “Regional Platform. We Live Here”.
After the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the Kherson region by Russian invaders, the traitor voluntarily switched to cooperation with the occupiers and began working in the administrative structures of the occupiers.
In addition, the treasonous woman is directly related to the pseudo-referendum on the annexation of the Kherson region to the Russian Federation. Collaborator Onishchenko cooperated with the occupation authorities and received a certificate of attorney number 21, the data on the registration of the lawyer were entered in the Russian registry of the Ministry of Justice under number 95/21. Vitalia Ivanovna acted as coordinator of the “electoral process” and provided pseudo-legal (legal) support to the occupation authorities. It organized the counting of pseudo-votes of local residents and told propaganda channels about the positive results of the referendum.
