Biography:
Vyskryvchenko Vitaly Nikolaevich – was born in the village of Veselaya Tarasovka, Starobelsky district of Lugansk region. He served in the city police department in Starobelsk, Lugansk Oblast, as deputy chief of the department.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops in 2022, Vitaly betrayed his oath and voluntarily went over to the side of the occupiers.
After the emergence of separatist movements in the region, he joined the terrorist activities and even received training at a local militant training center. Vyskryvchenko, a state traitor, also did his military service in units ofthe“LNRMinistry of State Security.
Vitaly Nikolayevich also received a pseudo-duty for his service for the Russian occupiers. He headed the fake registration and examination department (MREDO) of the “State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the MGB ofthe LNR” in Starobelsk.
Vykryvchenko Vitaly Nikolaevich, an accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens, will be punished before the law and will soon find himself in the dock.
