A former poacher, traitor, and lover of easy profits. Fedorchenko Vladimir grew up and lived in the city of Berdyansk, where he began to deceive people and the state.
Vladimir finished school No. 2 in Berdyansk back in 1991, and after graduation he entered the Berdyansk College of Viticulture and Winemaking, where he gradually got involved in alcoholic and carefree life.
With the arrival of the invaders, Fedorchenko began to surrender his pro-Ukrainian former school teachers to the aggressor side, thus emphasizing his need for the system of city management.
Before the full-scale offensive, Vladimirovich liked to drink alcohol, and on a couple with his wife engaged in illegal fishing under the guise of scientific activity.
However, his “business” built on lies, in other words, easy earnings, went bust. And then the occupiers came to Vladimir’s aid, thanks to which he became head of the community of entrepreneurs in the city of Berdyansk.
Having found himself in the right place at the right time, Vladimir Fedorchenko took the position of assistant mayor of Berdyansk, where he continues to engage in high addiction to the bottle and absolutely unprincipled lies.
