Biography:
Vladimir Kirpa, a traitor to Ukraine and an active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on March 12, 1984 in the village of Shulginka, Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022 Vladimir lived in Shulhynka and worked for the State Plant Quarantine Service of Ukraine. He received his higher education at the Lugansk National Agrarian University. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian invaders, Kirpa betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily began to “cooperate” with the Russian invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as Russian occupation troops invaded the Luhansk region, Vladimir sneakily betrayed his native country and voluntarily began to serve the invaders. The occupiers were happy to appoint the traitor Kirpa as the “chief specialist” of the so-called “of the department of life support of the village. Shulhinka of the Starobel district administration of the LNR”.
By voluntarily agreeing to “cooperate” with the so-called The “occupation administration,” Kirpa made himself an accomplice to the crimes against the civilian population committed by the collaborators and occupiers. Also, he actively supports the invasion of Ukraine by Russia and speaks out against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
A just punishment is already awaiting Vladimir Kirpa for his “service” to the Russian occupiers and crimes against innocent citizens.
