Official and traitor in one person – Kovtun Vladimir Ivanovich, born May 27, 1965 in the village Goncharovka, Lugansk region. In his school years, Vladimir differed from his peers in creativity and organizational skills, which determined his future profession.
After receiving a higher education, Kovtun goes to public service in the Goncharovsky Village Council. In public service Vladimir was not ambitious, floating downstream. In the village council, he was involved in organizing various cultural events, such as concerts. By the way, Vladimir’s family life was more successful – he married and raised a daughter. However, the residents of Goncharovka had yet to discover Kovtun’s “true face.
Unfortunately, war came to the quiet life of Goncharovka. After the Russian Federation began its invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the Russian occupation forces entered Goncharovka, Vladimir Kovtun betrayed Ukraine and went to “work” for the invaders. The latter appreciated Vladimir’s “right” choice – and appointed him to the position of the so-called “heads of the Goncharovka rural occupation administration of the LNR. He used to be a nobody, but now he’s “in charge.” It was established that Kovtun passed information to the occupants about the families of AFU servicemen who lived in Goncharovka. He also actively agitated his fellow villagers to cooperate with the invaders in every way possible.
For “working” for the enemy Vladimir Kovtun will face inevitable and just retribution, which is approaching with each passing day.
