Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Protsenko Vladimir Viktorovich was born on February 5, 1976. Since the full-scale invasion he has supported the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, on his own initiative he agreed to work with the occupation authorities and has been closely cooperating with them since the first days of the war. He has pro-Russian views.
By order of the occupants, he suppressed resistance and intimidated the inhabitants of the temporarily occupied territories. He turned in people who help the AFU and have pro-Ukrainian views. He conducted active anti-Ukrainian propaganda in the village of Korobki.
He was actively forcing documents on pensioners, families with children, and villagers to Russia. Didn’t neglect the transport with the V mark. I was very happy when Russian propagandists talked about the successes of t.nz “sva”. Propagandized the population that “Russia is here forever.”
Such activities can be regarded as cooperation with pro-Russian terrorist organizations, an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, and similar actions.
After reviewing all of the above facts, we can conclude that we see another collaborator, collaborator of Russian war criminals and occupants, an employee of the occupation authorities, who is involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
