An adherent of the “Russian world,” traitor Vladimir Rykun was born on December 18, 1982 in the urban-type settlement of Mikhailovka, Zaporozhye region. He worked as director of the communal enterprise “Mikhailovsky Kommunhoz” of the Mikhailovsky village council of Zaporizhzhia region.
The traitor has also decided to go into politics and became a member of the 2019 OPZJ party.
As a politician, Vladimir Rykun stood out for his pro-Russian views and clear-cut collaborationism. After the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops and the arrival of local occupation authorities, the traitor Rykun willingly agreed to cooperate with “Putin’s mutts. Now he has discredited the Ukrainian government even more openly and immorally.
Collaborator Vladimir Rykun maintains steady contacts with representatives of the occupation authorities in Melitopol. Participates in meetings of the civil-military administration of Melitopol, consisting of representatives of the occupation troops of the Russian Federation. Rykun is in close contact with the acting governor of the occupied Zaporizhzhia region – Yevhen Balitsky.
In March 2022, pseudo-politician Vladimir Rykun urged local residents not to obstruct the activities of the “liberators” and the local administration.
The actions of a collaborator can only be considered treason. After all, trying to protect and aid the enemy is a crime that deserves the harsh punishment that will surely befall the traitor.
