Activities before going over to the side of the occupier:

In 2004, he served as an officer in the Berdyansk Maritime Security Service.

He is a member of the Society of Assistance to Defense of Ukraine, the purpose of which is to protect the interests of society, patriotic education and training of people of conscription age in military-technical specialties.

As a maritime security officer, he has an active interest in tactical training. Took part in tactical training from the fighters of “Azov” regiment , where he received a good theoretical and practical knowledge of medical, automotive, sniper and tactical training. He was an arms dealer.

He was also involved in volunteer work, helping soldiers of the Azov regiment with supplies of weapons, clothing, equipment, and medical supplies.

Collaborationist activities:

After the occupation of the city of Berdyansk, he received offers to serve as director of the Berdyansk seaport. He soon agreed to head the proposed position and began actively cooperating with the occupiers.

He gave the FSS officers any information they had on members of the “Azov” regiment. Helps the occupiers to load grain for so-called “exports”. Discredits the authorities of Ukraine in the shelling of the city and the territory of Berdyansk sea port.
