Biography:
Vladimir Anatolievich Yarkovenko is an accomplice of the Russian occupants on the territory of the Donetsk region, was born in the city of Donetsk and worked as a programmer at one of the enterprises of the city of Donetsk until 24.02.2022.
With the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation and the beginning of full-scale hostilities in the Donetsk region, Vladimir Yarkovenko offered no resistance to the invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Yarkovenko betrayed his state and went over to the side of the enemy. For this, the occupiers put him in the position of the so-called director of the State Enterprise of the Donetsk People’s Republic “Republican Center of Information Technology“, organizes training of students in IT technology according to the standards of Russian educational standards.
The collaborator deliberately, by his own convictions and staunch pro-Russian views, went over to the side of the enemy. Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, defection to the enemy under martial law and during an armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the occupation structures, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.
Considering all the above facts, we can conclude that Vladimir Anatolyevich Yarkovenko is an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants and an accomplice of Russian authorities’ crimes against Ukraine and its citizens.
