Biography:
Yulia Mikhailovna Pshebitsina is an accomplice of the Russian occupation authorities, a traitor to Ukraine, an employee of the occupation administration in Luhansk Region, born in the city of Lisichansk, Luhansk Region. She has a pedagogical education. In her native city, the woman served for a long time as deputy head of the House of Culture and was also a deputy of the Lysychansk City Council.
After the start of a full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupants, Yulia Mikhailovna showed her anti-Ukrainian stance and supported the occupiers’ policy in Luhansk Oblast. The woman voluntarily agreed to cooperate with representatives of the racist authorities and began working in the sphere of culture under the occupation authorities.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
First of all, the abettor of the Rascists was directly involved in the pseudo-referendum in Luhansk Oblast, she was the coordinator and was responsible for the preparation and organization of the illegal event, and the woman also offered employees of state institutions to become members of commissions for counting the pseudo-votes.
Yulia Pshebitsyna was the organizer of many cultural events in the city, which were held under the motto “Russian world“. The traitor also coordinated the organization of events to support Russian servicemen and was involved in the forced evacuation of children from Luhansk Region to Russian territory.
