Zubar Gayozovich Makiev, born September 30, 1976 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
In 1998, he received a degree in Jurisprudence from the North Ossetian State University. In 2002, he was retrained at Rostov State University. In 2004, he completed advanced training courses at the Russian Institute of State Registrars under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. In 2006, he received advanced training at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. D. in Sociology.
From 1998 to 1999 he did his compulsory military service in the Russian Army.
In 2000 he began his career as a bailiff of the Bailiff Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. From 2000 to 2004 he worked in the Department of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District as a specialist-expert, chief adviser and chief federal inspector.
On September 18, 2016 he was elected as a deputy to the State Duma of the seventh convocation on the list of the United Russia party.
On 15.02.2022, Zubar Gayozovich voted to occupy parts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine.
Makiev is one of those who want to annex independent Ukraine to Russia, and is trying to work hard to do so. With the help of the United Russia Party, Zubar gave the go-ahead for the distribution of this party in Russian-occupied territory. Undermined the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
The only thing that Gayozovich will never understand is that the people of Ukraine will never cooperate with Russia and will defend their territories to the bitter end.
