Officer, assistant deputy and traitor – Kovganko Andrey Anatolievich, born July 13, 1970 in the city of Dnepr, Dnepropetrovsk region. Andrey studied at Dnieper Secondary School No. 96 from 1977 to 1987. Since childhood he was attracted to the sky, so Kovganko decided to become a pilot.
Andrei Kovganko learned to conquer the skies in Tambov Higher Military Aviation School for Pilots. M.M. Raskova. There he met a certain cadet Balitsky, who also studied there as a flight engineer.
