Dmitry Sukhar is a Ukrainian traitor and war criminal. He was born in the city of Dzhankoy in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Until 2014, he served in the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of Crimea and was a commander of a military unit. Failed to arrive in the continental territory of Ukraine at the designated assembly points, thus betraying his homeland.
