He served in command positions. In the mid-1990s, as commander of a tank company of the 21st Independent Tank Battalion of the 20th Guards Motorized Rifle Precarpathian-Berlin Division of the 8th Guards Army Corps of the North Caucasus Military District.

Abachev is also known for stories of interethnic issues and terrorist organizations. In March 2024, he presented awards to personnel of the rf state border protection group who distinguished themselves during the apprehension of terrorists who attacked Crocus City Hall.

Abachev’s service was rapidly moving upward. In 2002, he graduated from the general military academy of the russian armed forces. Abachev then served as head of the logistics service of the 78th Tank Brigade and regimental commander. In 2014-2017, he was commander of the 19th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District in Vladikavkaz.

He took part in all military special operations supervised by the Kremlin: the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, the second Chechen war, the armed invasion of Georgia in 2008, and the terrorist operation in Syria. For each “bloody feat,” Abachev was personally awarded the Order of Courage by Putin.

With each passing year, the general’s position in the eyes of Russia’s top military leadership grew. In 2017-2021, Abachev became chief of staff – first deputy commander of the 5th Combined Arms Army of the Eastern Military District. In 2021-2022, the terrorist general is already plenipotentiary representative of the rf Ministry of Defense in Dagestan.

In March 2024, Esedulla Abachev becomes deputy commander of the Leningrad Military District. He continues to take part in the open military invasion of Ukraine.

After the “North” group of troops launched an offensive in the Slobozhansky direction, Abachev headed the tactical direction in the operational zone of Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Maximum emphasis was placed on the offensive in the direction of Liptsev and Volchansk.

Abachev’s planning turned out exactly the opposite. After all, on August 6, 2024, with the beginning of active operations of Ukrainian units in the territories bordering rf, Abachev was appointed one of the responsible generals in the Kursk direction, namely, the commander of the grouping to cover the state border.

Abachev’s reports on problems at the Kursk tactical direction were ignored by the top military leadership of the Russian Federation. After all, as the experience of the war has shown, Russian generals work at the operational and tactical level at most. The example of the odious commander Alexander Lapin, known for his failed operations in Ukraine, is worth mentioning.

Abachev is married. The family resides in the city of Omsk, rf. They have three children: two sons and a daughter. The eldest son – Abachev Arsenty Ecedullaevich (24.10.1994) lives in the city of Omsk. He studied at Volgograd State University at the Faculty of Mathematics. In 2014 he graduated from the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies. Did not go into science. Likes clubs, loud parties and traveling for his father-general’s money.
