Biography:
Shapoval Igor Vladimirovich – “politsai”, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on June 6, 1965 in the city of Svatovo of Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022 Igor lived in Svatovo and worked in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He received his higher education in one of the specialized universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Shapoval defected to the side of the Russian invaders and became a “policeman.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian occupation troops entered Svatovo, Igor sneakily betrayed his country and defected to the Russian occupiers. They “enlisted” him as an “employee” in the so-called “Novoaidarsky ROVD of the LNR Interior Ministry.
It was established that Igor, along with other “fellow soldiers,” committed crimes against civilians in Svatovo. For example, he participated in and observed the kidnapping and torture of innocent residents of the city, as well as those who had pro-Ukrainian views or were relatives of members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The former policeman Shapoval was not squeamish about looting either – why not, if his handlers told him he could “get away with it.
Former policeman Igor Shapoval apparently forgot that the hand of the law will punish anyone who commits atrocities against ordinary people. In the future, Shapoval faces a harsh sentence and a long term in prison.
