Biography:

Nikolai Nikolaevich Vinokurov is a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born in the city of Donetsk on June 13, 1987. He received his higher education at the Automobile and Road Institute of DonNTU.

After February 24, 2022, he supported russia’s occupation actions against Ukraine. In this way, Mykola began to cooperate closely with the occupiers after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, in particular in Donetsk region.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

In 2022, the collaborator Vinokurov joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating on the territory of occupied Komsomolskoye and headed the occupation administration of the city.

Actively participated in and actively campaigned for a fictitious referendum in the occupied territories of Ukraine, which took place on September 23-27, 2022.
