Oleg Melnik, a former policeman turned traitor, was born on September 21, 1971 in the city of Blagoveshchenskoye, Kirovograd region. However, most of his life Oleg Melnik will spend in the Kherson region in the service of the State Automobile Inspectorate.
Having graduated from a specialized university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Melnik began his career in the Antonov department of the State Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kherson region. There he proved to be a trained and responsible officer, and soon the leadership decided to appoint him head of the Golopristanski IREO. In this position Oleg’s career growth only accelerated and soon he was appointed head of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine № 6541 in Kherson. Unfortunately, time has shown who Oleg really is.
After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the entry of Russian occupation forces into Kherson, Oleg Melnik betrayed Ukraine and went over to the side of the occupiers. The latter decided to appoint Melnik the traffic cop as the “chief” of the so-called “KGB. “Kherson railway station. Indeed, Oleg will have a new opportunity to “prove himself” there. It has been established that Oleg Melnik, as the “chief of the station,” carries out all the instructions of the so-called. “Kherson Occupation Administration” and actively agitates local residents to cooperate with the enemy.
Oleg Melnik faces a fair retribution for his “cooperation” with the occupiers, which is getting closer every day.
