A former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine voluntarily defected to the side of the occupant. In 2015, he took a position as a criminal investigator in the Kamenobrodsky district department, where he searched for pro-Ukrainian people, local activists, and all those who did not agree with the policies of the so-called “LnR. In 2018, he headed the department for combating illicit drug trafficking of the Kamenobrodsky district branch of the “Lnr” MIA , but was actually involved in the distribution of drugs between the so-called “Lnr ” and the “Dnr”. Moreover, through “trusted people” he controlled the distribution of drugs among teenagers.

It supports the Russian Federation’s large-scale aggression against Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and supports the implementation of the “Novorossia” project.
