Pavel Bobkov, an accomplice of the Russian occupation troops, was born on April 11, 1987, in the town of Liman in the Donetsk region. For himself, Paul decided to follow the crooked path of betrayal.
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops on February 24, 2022, collaborator Pavel made a criminal decision for himself and voluntarily defected to the side of the occupants.
Collaborating with the occupation authorities, he holds the position of acting duty officer of the Liman Interior Ministry under the control of Russian troops in the city of Liman, Donetsk Region.
After the de-occupation of the Donetsk region, Pavel will go to prison under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason against his country.
