Gishchenko Paul was born July 2, 1976 at the farm Verhnyaya Rechka Nekhaevsky district of Volgograd region. Graduated from Volgograd State Pedagogical University.
He received additional education at the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Management Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. On January 28, 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Police Major General Pavel Ivanovich Gishchenko as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Previously, he served as head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the rf in the city of Volgograd from November 22, 2018 to 2020. Since April 1, 2020 he was an officer of the occupation police – Head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol (299008, Sevastopol, Vosstaneshih Square, 6), (Decree № 234 of Putin from April 1, 2020). He has repeatedly taken part in the so called. of counterterrorist operations in the North Caucasus.
