Biography:
Lipinsky Sergey Anatolyevich – “rescuer”, traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on November 23, 1994 in the city of Khrustalny , Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022 Sergei lived in Khrustalny and served in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On the eve of the invasion he went to work as a rescuer in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Lipinski voluntarily broke his oath and became a traitor to Ukraine.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
As soon as the Russian invaders entered the Luhansk region, Sergei broke his oath and volunteered to “help” the enemy. The occupiers were happy to appoint Lipinski as an “employee” of the so-called “The 32nd Fire and Rescue Unit of the LNR Ministry of Emergency Situations,” which is “stationed” in the city of Schastie.
However, Sergei was not engaged in saving people, but together with other collaborators and occupants looted abandoned refugee houses in the city, and participated in the so called. “filtration measures” against the civilian population. At the same time, the Russian occupants assured Lipinski that he would not face any threat for the crimes committed against people. In communication with his “colleagues,” Sergei actively supports the “Russian world” and the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
